That's my own creation- I posted it on FC about a year ago with these lyrics...

You ain't nothing but a tribble, replicatin' all the time.
You ain't nothing but a tribble, replicatin' all the time.
You ain't never caught a Klingon, and you ain't no friend of mine.

When the scanners said you was M-Class, well that was just a lie.
When the scanners said you was M-Class, well that was just a lie.
You ain't never caught a Klingon, and you ain't no friend of mine.

Oddly, I can't recall the context in which I posted it... [skepti]

About the pic you found- let's count how many types are in it:

-Star Wars
-Star Trek (The Enterprise series)
-Buck Rogers
-The Black Hole
-Lost in Space

Did I miss any?

It won't make any diff what salad dressing is put on the ground as they stupid things arn't growing anyway. We planted them, some strawberry plants and a cherry tomato bush about 4-5 weeks ago and NOTHING!! They are not dead just sitting there doing diddly squat!! I've watered them, I've fertilised them. Dammit!!! I've even begged them to grow.

I have five acres here and all I ever succeed in growing is mostly weeds.

A few months ago the pastor from our church (who is also the local bricklayer) was at our house building a limestone brick wall. He lives on 7 acres a bit further up the road. We were having a coffee leaning on a fence post both quietly surveying the scenery, the towering gums to the right of my house, the olive grove, the orchard and listening to the birds singing and finally I said "Next place I live in is going to be an apartment" and he responded with just a little too much enthusiasm. "Yup!!! Me too!!!"
[bigsmile]

Footnote: I couldn't pick anymore space series there in the intergallactic wiating line. Who else could you add do you think thats recongnisable by most people. Farscape and Babylon 5 I don't think are popular enough to add. Have to add Red Dwarf though.

Am sending lyrics to "You ain't nothing but a tribble" to our insane Elvis fan friend as long as thats ok with you.

I thought Babylon 5 was one of them?

Went back to the website that cartoon came from to try to find another one loaded with sci fi pop. A lot of repeat ships so so much for another round of name that sci fi. Still a lot of good cartoons on the site, think I'll share it with you guys.

The other night I tried to find Red Dwarf smilies ...don't think there are any out there. If any one would like to see some here I'll make them. Just tell me what you'd like to see for them :).

I'm the same way with plants. The only plants I've ever been good with are Jade, cherry tomato and some kind of cactus that had palm-like leaves on it's top.

What did Lister call Rimmer in one ep? Was it Captain Emerald? that would be a cute smilie and Kryton would be cute one. Any smilie with a H stuck to its head would do for Rimmer, and any with a silly cap and dreadlocks would do for lister!

If I'm remembering this right the "Captain Emerald" comment was made in Bodyswap. Should watch a few Red Dwarf episodes tomorrow. Only work one job and I could use some thing funny with how hectic things have been lately :confused3: .

Finished writing the latest episode tonight :alien: .

Have to do a lot of stuff today despite the real work being done ..odd definition eh [skepti] ?

Very sure it's going to snow today :D ! ..I shouldn't be looking forward to this should I plow ?

I know what you mean Erin. [depri] The weather station here said we might be getting a small amount of snow tonight. [depri] Right now, it's about 41 degrees but with the wind chill it feels about 31 degrees. <burrrr>

I have only ever seen snow twice in my life. When I was 19 in New South Wales I went on a day trip to learn to ski (HA!) and when i was 21 I went up a mountain in switzerland (Mt Titless) and gazed at it out of a window.

November is a funny month here, we have a couple of scorchers (over 40c) and then a couple of freezies with super cold wind chill factors and then anywhere in between. Today is a beautiful sunny 31c which hang on and I'll convert to F. Tis 88F. When we had our scorcher here a few weeks ago it was 106F.
