[smilie=hi ya!.gif]

Thanks everyone. :D I had a pretty nice birthday. Steak and shrimp for dinner. And we decided to rent a couple of movies instead of going to the movies.

Most of the day I just sat around and watched my sci fi movies. <on VHS>

Thank goodness this day is almost over. redgreyfalcon said she was older than dirt. Man, I must be ancient. :oops:

But thanks again for all of your "Happy Birthdays" I really appreciate them.

I'm sorry that I missed wishing you a Happy Birthday.

The past 4 days, I've been down with back problems. It sucks, but now that I'm back up and moving again... slow and painful... I'll get back into the swing of things.

ANYWAY...

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!

Do you switch back and forth from heat to cold? I found it does help quite a bit.

No, but I'm ready to start doing something else though. Now, I have two "hot" spots on my back.... where it hurts the worst... ugh. This sucks.

I to have a bad back. I switch back and forth from heat to cold. 10 minutes heat, wait for about 30 minutes then put on a cold pack of some kind for 10 minutes. Then repeat.

I know it doesn't sound like much, but I was surprised to find it worked. I have spinal arthritis and spinal decay. Believe me.. it works. [ok]

You might also try that stuff called "Icy Hot"

Thank you! I'll try the Icy-Hot again... I may have gotten a bad batch the last time.
