The 26th Century

Would any one like to have a little RPG game in this part of the forum? Started thinking this up while I was at work today. I know a few of this forum's members do a lot of spare time fun writing. And a while back, quite a while back I asked grayladyfalcon what she would think if I made a game using the smilies in the forum. So long ago, that I think she said it might be neat or some thing like that. So here's the idea. Originally this was going to be an RPG set to the backdrop of the second season of the 25th Century show but then I thought not all of us are familiar with the show in writing based off it. In this forum to what I know there's two forum members besides my self used to writing Buck Rogers fan fic. Another two used to writing Star Trek and another used to writing Quantum Leap. Ok so one of them writes for both. Anyway what about a basic story plot is come up with that can go really any where for a sci fi? Then every body adds to it in posts and has their own characters, plus bios for each character to help the others along in how they write their story post piece. I used to play a game like this but had to stop because I didn't have enough time for it. So it's doubtful that I'll be writing in this game due to ... well the 26th Century episodes are my main writing focus. There will be a playing card system of I post a playing card and depending upon which card I've posted it will mean. Like Ace of Hearts: things get strange or Eight of diamonds: things get silly. And people have fun posting that way to that card. Does any one think this might be a good idea? Any one could be the one to post a card in this game.

I personaly like the idea, but unfortunate I lack the time to do this and I also write for other RPG's on other (dutch) scifi forums. Another RPG would be to much for me at this time. But it is a great idea

As with you and Trekscaper.. I to am a little busy to post a lot on that. With my rewriting and writing my story. I really wouldn't have the time. But like I mentioned before.. It is a good idea.

I think that it's a great idea. But... yeah, I know how you hate that word - but, right? I don't have much time either. I would if I had the time, Erin.
